Hollyoaks fans are convinced Mandy Richardson could return to the village in the near future.
The fan favourite was played by Sarah Jayne Dunn from 1996 until her exit from the Channel 4 soap in 2021.
However, as her daughter Ella Richardson (Erin Palmer) finally receives DNA results confirming her biological dad's identity, some viewers think it could lead to Mandy's return.

Soap bosses have recently confirmed that EastEnders legend Rita Simons is joining Hollyoaks but are yet to reveal who she will be playing.
This has led fans to believe that the actress could be about to take over Sarah Jayne as Mandy.
Taking to social media, One person wrote: "I dunno why its such a secret. With it being a secret I'm leaning more towards a Mandy Richardson recast. If not then again a bit strange."
Another penned: "I'm surprised it hasn't leaked yet on who Rita is going to be playing. I really thought we'd have heard something by now."
"I definitely think this is going to be a Mandy recast too," said a third fan.
Rita, who played Roxy Mitchell in EastEnders, confirmed she's joining rival soap Hollyoaks earlier this year
Taking to X, formally known as Twitter, Rita told fans: "Well! The news is out! So excited to be joining the fabulous cast of @Hollyoaks later this year!
"Can't tell you who I'm playing but I can tell you she's gonna be trouble! Massive shout to my gorgeous agents @MelanieBlakeUK @NGMManagement @ABA_Agent #MyGirls."
Rita will make her debut this autumn when she begins filming and it's set to be an explosive debut.

In the village, Ella receives the DNA results and Norma Crow (Glynis Barber) tells her even if they’re negative, she’d like them to remain friends.
Running late for school, Ella leaves the unopened results with Norma.
Cindy Cunningham (Steph Waring) and Dave Chen-Williams (Dominic Power) accompany Ella to Norma’s for lunch and are shocked to discover Ella has taken a DNA test and try to convince her not to open the letter.
Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) and Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) turn up and the garage owner’s temper rises when he discovers his mum Norma and Ella have gone behind his back.
