Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) returned to a big, posh house in tonight’s Emmerdale – dressed as an estate agent photographer.

The house belonged to Angus, the husband of Eileen – who recently passed away and also happened to be Faith’s stepdaughter.

Eileen hated Faith and even accused her of wanting to steal her dad’s money.

In an act of revenge, Eileen did a lot of nasty things to Faith – one of them being stealing a box of memories.

Tonight, Faith wanted to get that box back.

As she walked through the pub, Chas (Lucy Pargeter) and Cain (Jeff Hordley) were very suspicious of Faith, wondering why she had a huge black bag with her and wanted to spend even more time with Nate (Jurell Carter).

Nate wasn’t keen on Faith’s idea and refused to help…so she stole his car keys and left the village anyways.

With a blonde wig and sunglasses on, Faith arrived at Angus’, pretending to be a photographer from an estate agents.

Angus fell for Faith’s lies and let her in – but he soon realised what was going on.

As Faith ran outside, Cain and Nate had just arrived and pretended they had no idea what was going on.

Faith hopped back into Nate’s car and drove off, her box of memories back with her.

At Cain’s, Faith tipped the contents out onto the table.

Cain and Chas smiled as they searched through their old belongings. Cain had a badge from his favourite TV show that he thought was lost, while Chas picked up her favourite clip and placed it back in her hair.

The scenes were completely wonderful. The family laughed at how they used to live their life (with an outside toilet) but it was, of course, tinged with sadness.

While Faith won’t be able to create many more new memories with her family, she is certainly very grateful for the ones she already has.
