I'm A Celebrity 2022 cast reunited after Jill Scott's triumph as they perform camp ritual in luxury hotel | The Sun

I'M A Celeb stars performed a camp ritual in a sweet reunion moment at their hotel after Jill Scott's epic win in Australia.

Former England footballer Jill cemented her status as a national treasure last night after being crowned the winner of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The former England footballer, 35, beat Owen Warner and Matt Hancock who came second and third respectively.

The finalists, still wearing their jungle uniforms, reunited and hugged their fellow co-stars at the luxury five star Marriott hotel, including Mike Tindall, who became the eighth celebrity eliminated from the hit ITV reality show on Saturday night.

Loose Women star Charlene White, who was the first to be eliminated from the competition, stood arm in arm with presenter Scarlette Douglas, Corrie actress Sue Cleaver, singer Boy George, comics Babatunde Aleshe and Seann Walsh, and DJ Chris Moyles, and the group began chanting "don't come back without the stars!"

Family members clapped the group before Matt dashed over to embrace girlfriend Gina.

The former health secretary couldn't keep his hands off his other half following their passionate reunion on the bridge.

Mike also got a hug off Princess Zara, King Charles' niece, after she surprised everyone by becoming the first royal to appear on I'm A Celeb by greeting her husband at the famous bridge.

Shelley Unitt, who is Jill's fiancée, mingled with her fellow WAGS.

After becoming queen of the jungle, Scott told hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly: "I just can't believe it. Honestly, I think I'm going to owe my grandma a lot of money for the 12 million votes she's done.

"We were one big team, I don't think there should be one winner, we couldn't have got through it without all of us."

Earlier, the stars shared their surpise at making it to the final and Hollyoaks actor Owen, 23, said: "I'm in the final, baby! What is going on? I don't know what to say, I don't know what to think… I want to speak to my mum."

Matt said: "I can't believe I'm in the final. It's brilliant… I'm just so grateful."

The trio successfully completed each of their challenges in yesterday's final and earned all the available stars to enjoy a slap up meal.

Matt opted for garlic prawns to start, followed by steak and chips with a mozzarella side salad.

For dessert he chose apple pie with salted caramel ice cream and opted for a drink of red wine and blue cheese with crackers as his treat.

Owen, who has been open about struggling with hunger during the competition, chose a calamari starter with a quadruple stack beef burger with cheese and bacon and chips for his main course.

That was followed by a pizza-sized cookie dough dessert along with a treat of American-style pancakes, crispy bacon and maple syrup, with a Coca-Cola to drink.
