Fleur East

Fleur East had quite the eventful experience on Strictly in 2022, as she suffered not one, but two wardrobe malfunctions during the show. Sharing her embarrassing mishaps with the Strictly crew, she revealed that during the dress run, she inadvertently "flashed everybody" multiple times within seconds.

Fleur confessed: "In the dress run before the actual live show there were so many wardrobe malfunctions with my costumes in particular, so when I did the Paso Doble in the dress run I basically flashed everybody when I lifted my skirt. It was really bad – and then my boobs fell out!

"After that I practiced my lift in the Charleston and my strap broke on my top so my boob fell out again! "So that was fun… I was so nervous for the live show after that had happened in the dress run that I was like ‘please let my costume stay on."

Tess Daly

Fans of Strictly Come Dancing were left wondering if Tess Daly had suffered a wardrobe malfunction as soon as she appeared in the ballroom. The presenter was back fronting the hit BBCOne show last month alongside Claudia Winkleman.

The Stockport-born star wowed viewers as she introduced the dancing competition sporting a one-shoulder form-fitting midi black dress while the sides of her classic outfit had mesh panels to add extra focuses to the 54-year-old's sensational figure. But some believed the star ‘s dress was ripped at the side or were confused by the outfit.

"Oh dear poor Tess Daly has split her dress #strictly" said one fan. A second wrote: "Poor Tess looks as if they’ve put her in a sports bra and tried to twist it into place.#StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly," while a third quipped: "l hope Tess has kept the receipt for that dress, Richie, the sides appear to have fallen out.' #Strictly."

Motsi Mabuse

South African dancer Motsi Mabuse experienced a wardrobe malfunction while dancing in her dressing gown with head judge Shirley Ballas before the Strictly Come Dancing's Musicals Week live show. In a light-hearted moment, Motsi's dressing gown began to undo while she was dancing, much to her shock.

A humorous clip of the incident was shared on Instagram by Shirley, capturing Motsi's quick reaction as she urgently clutched her blue dressing gown to prevent any further mishap. In the video, Motsi exclaimed: "I'm naked guys! They haven't seen this in the UK, the whole of Africa!" Shirley, on the other hand, couldn't contain her laughter.

Shirley playfully labeled the incident a "dressing gown malfunction" in her post. Motsi, taking it all in good spirits, responded with a string of laughing emojis in the comments.

Fans also joined in the laughter. Comments flooded in, with one fan exclaiming: “Omg Motsi is hilarious!!!” Another added: “Oh Shirley you and Motsi are a right pair. You make me laugh so much.”

Jayde Adams

Strictly Come Dancing star Jayde Adams hit back at trolls and explained an incredibly painful wardrobe malfunction. The 38-year-old comedian was partnered with Karen Hauer on the celebrity-packed reality competition show and was the fourth contestant to be voted off.

Jayde has vividly recounted a specific dance routine by sharing what seemed to be a reenactment of her and Karen's memorable performance from Flashdance during one of her live performances. She revealed on Instagram: "There was this elastic bit as well that went between my legs on my minge to hold the corset down, and I had to be cut out of it as it had started twisting, taking hold of my vulva lips and pubes.

"I cried. There are witnesses." This unexpected and painful mishap left Jayde in a state of discomfort and anxiety just moments before her performance. Jayde further expressed her frustration at having to explain herself due to intense trolling and criticism she faced after the incident.

She said: "I know, I shouldn't have to explain myself, but a lot of the intense trolling I had was about that moment, which has been very annoying for me because I know I can do them normally, I was restricted."

Angela Rippon

Angela Rippon suffered a wardrobe malfunction following her sensual Rumba with Kai Widdrington in Strictly Come Dancing. The 79-year-old broadcaster looked incredible in a red gown with black trim and a gold sequinned body underneath which she teamed with matching ballroom shoes.

However, after they finished their dance, Angela had an issue with her shoe as she prepared to turn to the judges for their comments. During their walk towards the judges' desks, she was seen to stumble, and host Tess Daly immediately rushed to her aid, uttering the words: "Is that your shoe, honey?"

Her toe appeared to have slipped out of the strappy shoe, and Kai helped her fix the problem. In the midst of the incident, Tess reassured the crowd as she held on to the Rip Off Britain presenter, saying: "Wardrobe malfunction, no need to worry, it's just a shoe!"

Darcey Bussell

Strictly Come Dancing's Darcey Bussell caused quite a stir when she inadvertently revealed her nude underwear. Her dramatic descent down the staircase turned into an unintentional fashion mishap, leaving fans both entertained and slightly mortified.

As Darcey gracefully made her way to her seat, her leggy entrance took an unexpected turn, and viewers got an unexpected glimpse of her underwear. This wardrobe malfunction didn't go unnoticed by the show's dedicated audience, who wasted no time sharing their thoughts on social media.
