ITV’s Big Brother host ‘unveiled’ as fans spot clue on Saturday Night’s Takeaway

Fans of ITV's Saturday Night Takeaway are convinced the show sneakily unveiled who the new host of ITV2's Big Brother will be.

Geordie duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly returned for another episode of the popular Saturday night programme where audience members are in for a chance to win an array of prizes.

The show also included the premiere of whodunnit skit Murder at Bigwig Manor, starring celebrities Joel Dommett, Davina McCall, Keith Lemon and Judi Love as they saw the group caught up in a murder mystery.

Strictly Star AJ Odudu also featured in the skit as she stood by Davina while all the antics took place.

But due to the fact that AJ is a front runner to host Big Brother later on this year, fans thought that her standing close beside former host Davina was a major clue that she may already have the role.

Taking to Twitter, fans made sure they pointed it out.

One social media user wrote: "I'm taking AJ Odudu standing next to Davina McCall in Saturday Night Takeaway's skit with 'ITV's biggest stars' as another clue that she's hosting Big Brother."

Another exclaimed: "OH MY GOD AJ ON NEXT WEEK'S SATURDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY. I might literally scream I think they’re gonna announce AJ as the new BB host on SNT in the next few weeks!"

While a third also added: "AJ ODUDU??? CONFIRMS HER HOSTING BIG BROTHER."

The brand news series of Big Brother will return to screens later on this year after five years.

The UK series of the iconic reality show first aired on Channel 4 and ran for a total of 11 series.

In addition this the show also had seven series of Celebrity Big Brother and a final special edition series entitled Ultimate Big Brother.

After Channel 4 decided to call time on the programme it was then picked up by Channel 5 and aired for a further eight series, with an additional 15 celebrity series, before going on hiatus in 2018.

Although nothing has been confirmed regarding a host as of yet, it is believed producers are keeping tight-lipped on who the next presenter will be as well as potential cast members.
