Jamie Lynn Spears appears on Dancing With The Stars finale days after quitting I’m A Celeb

Despite withdrawing from I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! on 'medical grounds', Jamie-Lynn Spears attended the Dancing With The Stars finale on Tuesday, 5 December.

The 32 year old, who is the younger sister of pop star Britney Spears, 42, reunited with her dance partner Alan Bersten at the finale, with the duo sharing several photographs on social media.

Jamie Lynn got glammed up in a gold tassel mini dress and high heels for the DWTS grand finale, as she looked worlds away from her time in the Australian jungle. The mum-of-two exited the ITV show on 29 November after 10 days in camp.

Jamie Lynn appeared to hint that she's still recovering from her time on the ITV show however, as she posted a clip of her reuniting with pro dancer Alan and penned: "Still not 100% but I had to show up for my guy."

She and Alan, 29, competed on the latest series of Dancing With The Stars, which began on 26 September. The pair were the second couple to eliminated from the competition.

Jamie Lynn's appearance at the finale has prompted I'm A Celebs to become sceptical of her decision to exit the jungle, with some wondering if she'd pre-planned her withdrawal to ensure she could attend the DWTS finale.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: "Hang on a minute. Jamie-Lynn left the jungle due to medical grounds & is now back on Dancing With The Stars in USA? So she just so happens to fall ill & leave in time for the DWTS finale? Do me a favour! #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity #DWTS #DWTSFinale."

A second said: "Sad as I was enjoying her adventure, but I don't think she cared about winning it."

Jamie Lynn entered the I'm A Celebrity jungle on 19 November before quitting on 29 November after appearing in 11 episodes in total.

An ITV spokesperson confirmed her exit from the show, announcing: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds. She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."

As well as IAC and DWTS, Jamie Lynn also appeared on Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, which aired in January, but quit the show after appearing in just three episodes.
