She pulled on a pair of skintight leather trousers and red heels, wearing a sock on her left ankle following her horror foot accident in 2020.
Mum of five Katie added a gold necklace and pulled her hair into a half-up do to complete her look.
After capturing a video of her at the event, the TV star was quick to cuddle up to a topless butler who had arrived at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.
She was seen enjoying a drink while the male whispered in her ear before she posed up a storm with him and her pals.

During an interview on Virgin Media's Living With Lucy show she suggested she might have her boobs done again.
She told the host: "It’s not that I’m addicted, but I think it’s there to do, so why not?"
"I might go smaller, might go bigger [boobs], I’m not finished yet. The trouble is I heal really well, my nipples are beautiful.”
Her comments come after it was revealed how Katie's giant boobs saw her kicked off a rollercoaster.
