KOURTNEY Kardashian has returned home with husband Travis Barker after she made a sudden trip to the hospital.

The Hulu star is expecting her fourth child – and first with husband, Travis Barker, 47.

Kourtney, 44, is reportedly "back home now with her kids" and is "feeling better and happy to have Travis back home," a source told People.

On Friday, the Lemme founder's husband announced to his European fans that he would be postponing shows.

The post read: "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed.

"More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."

Many fans thought Kourtney went into labor, but those theories were debunked when the couple was spotted leaving a hospital in Los Angeles, California.

Kourtney and her rocker husband looked shaken up as they headed toward their car.

Travis kept his head down while sporting black pants, a black long-sleeved shirt with a white T-shirt on top, and a black beanie.

Kourtney – still sporting a baby bump – wore a laid-back look in a gray sweat outfit and her short dark hair in a messy bun while wearing black tinted sunglasses.

Kourtney remained silent on social media over the weekend, and she hasn't posted since August 25.

'HOPE EVERYTHING IS OKAY!'

Fans sent well wishes to the couple.

"Hope Kourtney and the baby are ok!" one fan wrote, opening up the conversation.

"Just saw this. Hope it's just being born and nothing else," a second agreed.

Another person said: "I hope everyone is okay, safe and well."

BABY ON THE WAY 

The fashion mogul shared the exciting news that she was pregnant at one of Travis’ concerts back in June. 

She made the announcement in a very creative way by writing on a poster "Travis I'm pregnant."

This was a nod to a scene from Blink-182's music video titled All The Small Things where a woman was jumping up and down holding the same poster.

Nearing the end of June, family and friends gathered for Kourtney's baby shower where it was revealed that the couple will be welcoming a baby boy.

HER DUE DATE

Throughout the summer, fans shared their theories on when Kourtney will give birth.

One wrote in a popular Kardashian online forum: "I'm guessing she looks about seven months along right now and due in the last half of September."

Another agreed: "I think the end of September and beginning of November as the due date."

Amid the fan speculation, Kourtney has shared several posts flaunting her baby bump.

PREGNANCY GLOW

On August 29, Kourtney shared a pic of her belly on her Instagram Stories while wearing a tight shirt that read "It's a boy!"

Just days before, Kourtney shared another snap of her bare stomach while cuddling with Travis in bed.

In mid-August, Kourtney posted then quickly deleted a pic of her by the pool in a tiny bikini.

Other snaps that caught fans' attention were Kourtney rocking a red bikini while posing all around her home and even lounging on a pool float at her lavish $9million dollar mansion.
