KYM Marsh has had an outpouring of love and support since returning to BBC's Morning Live – and she also shared a heartbreaking family update.
The star made her presenting comeback with, Gethin Jones on the BBC show last night.
During the show Kym, 47 shared a very honest update with viewers.
In 2021, the actress revealed that her father, Dave had been diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer.
Kym wanted to raise awareness about the deadly illness and encourage others to go and get checked.
Kym returned to BBC Morning Live with a heartbreaking update on her father's condition.

After introducing the guests, Gethin said: "Kym, it's been a minute since we've seen you."
Kym replied: "I know, it's been a little while hasn't it?"
Gethin said: "I know you've been spending quite a lot of time with your dad recently. We know Dave really well on Morning Live and the reason you've been spending time with him is because you've had some bad news, haven't you?"
Kym then shared that after doing more scans to see if the cancer had spread, they discovered it had gone further up his spine.

The TV personality replied: "Yes, Morning Live has been following dad's cancer diagnosis which was about two-and-a-half years ago I think now and his latest scan results have shown, unfortunately, that there are more cancer deposits further up his spine now."
She added: "They are doing further scans to see if it's gone into any more of his bones but unfortunately they can't offer him chemotherapy."
Kym concluded: "So they advised us to go and spend lots of time with him and make lots of memories. So that's what we've been doing, we went out on Halloween to a lights trail and he's just been enjoying spending time with his family."
"He's always smiling, isn't he?" Gethin asked before greeting Dave, who was watching at home.
"We send him all our love, and hopefully we'll see him very soon,"Gethin comforted Kym.
