Loki has returned for its second outing after a two-year wait but how many episodes are there?
The God of Mischief is back and teaming up with Mobius M. Mobius (played by Owen Wilson) once again, travelling to new eras and undoubtedly getting up to no good.
But it has been teased that the anti-hero is going to be pulled apart by time as he experiences what is referred to at the TVA (Time Variance Authority) as “time-slipping”.
So how will this affect Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and what problems is his time-travelling going to cause along the way?
The Marvel series has been missing since it first launched in 2021 so Disney+ subscribers are excited to know all there is to know about Loki season two.

How many episodes are in Loki season 2?
Loki season two premieres on Thursday, October 5, in the US and Friday, October 6, on Disney+ in the UK.
This second outing is going to consist of six episodes in total with just the first instalment dropping on the streamer this week.
From then on, a new episode will be released weekly on either Thursday or Friday, depending on where you are in the world.
This follows the same pattern as the first series which also had six episodes to get excited about.

As long as there are no delays, episode six, the grand finale, will be out for all on November 10.
Of course, Hiddleston will be returning to reprise his role as the titular character.
Prior to joining the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), the 42-year-old had been in Kong: Skull Island, The Night Manager, Crimson Peak, High Rise and I Saw the Light.
He will be joined by Wilson as Mobius, Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie, Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15 and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Ranslayer.

A new addition to the cast for this second series is Everywhere Everywhere All At Once Oscar winning actor Ke Huy Quan.
He will be playing Ouroboros, also known as OB, who has been described as highly talented when it comes to fixing problems at the TVA.
Only time will tell though if he is going to be able to get Loki out of any self-made messes.
