Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha teased she has been "doing workouts with Halle Berry" as she recreated her latest post.

Halle Berry had shared a clip to Instagram of her workout attire as she took off her waist trimmer and showed off her toned physique for the clip.

In true Nadia style, the presenter then recreated the clip as she was filmed in her kitchen with a pair of black trousers and a jumper on with a "bin bag" wrapped over her chest.

She then pulled apart her own waist trimmer and proudly displayed her curves as she pulled a face to mimic that of Halle.

As she shared the clip to Instagram Nadia cheekily wrote: "So Halle Berry and I have been doing workouts together on zoom since last summer and we always wear our waist trimmers NO MATTER WHAT!

"And now LOOK how PERFECT we both are!!! Love you Halle!"

The TV star added: "PS… sorry for any confusion, some of you seem to think I'm wearing a bin bag?! I am NOT! I am wearing movie star fat melting sheets! £6,000 per sheet I will have you know!"

Nadia then credited her husband Mark Adderley for filming and "ooohing", as he commented on the clip: "Unleash the beast!!!"

Meanwhile This Morning's Josie Gibson threw numerous laughing faces on the post.

As her fans rushed to the comments one user wrote: "Love it… real," while another said: "You are the best."

Another added: "Nadia, you crack me up! Love these videos. You've got guts girl."

The clips have become one of Nadia's favourite things to do on her Instagram feed as she regularly recreates celebrities' sexy snaps or workout videos.

A common favourite has been Kim Kardashian, who regularly poses in lingerie and the like for her hot snaps, and Nadia loves to recreate the looks.

The Instagram vs reality is becoming increasingly popular with her followers as she wrapped up 2022 by telling her fans: "I intend to do a whole lot more of these in 2023.

"Thank you for being a part of my Instagram family. Let's carry on having a ball throughout 2023 too."

Nadia's followers have continued to grow since she started doing her Instagram recreations, with the star now amassing over 500,000 fans.
