Love Island Dami compares Olivia to stalker Joe from Netflixs You after Kai row

Ex-Love Island star Dami Hope has hit out at 2023 Islander Olivia Hawkins after her row with Kai Fagin during Wednesday's episode (February 22).

The former couple have been at odds with one another ever since the explosive Casa Amor results last week.

And ring girl Olivia and teacher Kai were at it again on Wednesday night, leaving plenty of viewers baffled – including a Love Island alum.

During the episode, Olivia pulled Kai aside for a chat to ask why he didn’t pick her as the “most untrustworthy” in the latest challenge.

The actress said she thought it was a “cop out” to choose Claudia and admitted she was “shocked” at his decision.

Whereas an unimpressed Kai insisted he couldn’t be “ar**d with this conversation,” and “just wants to squash the beef, that’s it.”

The row didn’t go down too well with viewers watching the ITV2 show at home who were left baffled at Olivia.

"This girl had confrontations with everybody … you're the problem!" one person raged.

Another added: “You're telling me that Liv's angry that Kai DIDN'T pick her as least genuine.”

The pair’s latest row got plenty of viewers talking – so much so, that 2022 Love Island finalist Dami Hope chimed in to have his say on the matter.

Taking to his Twitter, he told his followers: “Olivia moving like Joe Goldberg she needs to leave Kai alone.”

Dami, who is still loved up with his beau Indiyah, was referencing the infamous star of Netflix’s hit show You.

During the tense scene, Olivia said: “You picking Claudia was a bit of a cop out and it confirms you are quite fake and for me, I'd much rather you just said Olivia this is why I don't think she's genuine rather than water under the bridge.”

Kai quipped back: “Liv listen, I can't be ar**d with this conversation, I said Claudia because I can't be ar**d with beef, I'm trying not to bite because I don't want confrontation”

He added: “But if you are saying Kai this and Kai that then I'm done with it see you later,' as he stormed off ending the conversation.

Olivia then went to debrief the girls on the row but ended up breaking down in tears over the situation.

She told the girls: “I feel like the way Kai is acting is turning Maxwell off me.”
