Love Island fans heartbroken as Jessie betrayed for second time at Casa Amor

Love Island fans were "devastated" for Aussie bombshell Jessie Wynter after they found an unfortunate revelation about her times in Casa Amor.

In Thursday night's recoupling (February 16), Jessie chose to stay single, returning to partner Will Young who also chose to stick.

However, while Jessie was loyal in Casa Amor, Will cracked on with Conor Maynard's ex and Casa Amor babe, Layla Al-Momani.

Luckily, Will was honest and immediately told Jessie about his wrongdoing, explaining that he felt like the "worst human" as he admitted to betraying Jessie.

Holding herself with grace, Jessie asked Will if he was okay after he was reduced to tears following his own confession and apologised to Layla for "getting in all this mess".

As fans praised her handling of the situation, others shared their empathy for her after it was remembered that she was also betrayed in the Casa Amor recoupling when she starred in the Australian version of the dating show in 2019.

Bringing the fact to light, one wrote: "My friend who watched Australian Love Island told me that Jessie got betrayed during Casa Amor on that season too. She must be crushed."

A second put: "I was heartbroken. When Jessie came in and let her walls down and cried, and then she sat down and was absolutely rigid looking at him and she just knew."

"I would like her to win now if I am honest," they added.

Another viewer wrote: "I cried too! Jessie absolutely broke my heart. And even dealing with those big feelings, she was beyond kind and gracious to Layla."

"I feel so bad for Jessie. I really hope she gets a chance to air out her feelings. Also, very gracious indeed with Layla. Much respect for that," a third commented.

While a fourth put: "My heart melted for her. What an absolute sweetheart and she was lovely and respectful to Layla, she even comforted Will when clearly her heart was broken by him. She deserves so much better."
