LOVE Island’s Davide could be set to take over from Gino D’Acampo as the hottest Italian chef on TV.

The hunk, 27, has wowed the villa night after night with his cooking skills and even stripped off to whip up a cabonara during the talent show.

Ex Islander Jamie is just one who thinks it won’t be the last we see of Davide's culinary skills.

Speaking after getting the boot, he said: “I can see him getting his own cooking show.

"The tiramisu was very nice. Lovely, I enjoyed that!”

A source added to Daily Star:  “Gino had better watch out! It would be no surprise to see Phil and Holly get Davide in the kitchen to make them lunch on This Morning or to see him get his own spin off cookery show.”

Davide decided to make a tiramisu as a gift for Ekin-Su to make their romance exclusive.

The pair often spent time together cooking in the evenings, delighting their fellow Islanders.

Gino currently has a series of his own TV shows, appears on This Morning, has his own cook books and even has his won restuarants – all thanks to his Italian cooking. 26

Despite their on/off romance the couple remain the most fancied couple to win in the show’s seven year history.

And their pals reckon they are the perfect mathc, with Davide’s pal Fabrizio saying: “Both are fiery individuals with go-getter attitudes. We can tell how genuine the way they look at each other is.”

“I think they’re great together and would conquer the world. I know he’ll take care of my bestie.”
