Love Island’s Montel and Leah take relationship to the next level after villa dumping | The Sun

LOVE Island couple Montel McKenzie and Leah Taylor revealed that they are set to take relationship to the next level after their villa dumping.

Montel – who was dumped alongside Leah after being voted the least incompatible by the public – said he is excited to continue his romance with Leah on the outside – saying: "I'm going to treat her like a princess".


Now, the reality star couple have decided to take the next step in the relationship and introduce each other to their parents.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Montel said: "It's going good, we're not trying to force it too much. It's been together for three weeks, it doesn't feel like three weeks but everything is going great.

"We're just taking it at our own pace, we're not letting anyone influence us into decisions.

"I like the girl and she likes me."

Montel said he is looking forward to impressing Leah all over again outside of the villa.

"We went on our first date on Saturday and we have a lot planned – I have big plans for her. She's going to be treated like a princess," he told us at the St Moriz party.

"She will definitely meet my family, she might meet my family next week, she'll meet my sister. And I'll meet her family too when I'm in London."

He continued: "I'm in Manchester and she's in London, so about three hours. But since I've been back there has only been one day that I haven't been with her, I'm always in London anyway.

Montel also had his say on his fellow co-star Whitney and Lochan's tough decision this week, where they were tasked with dumping one couple, resulting in Kady McDermott and Ouzy See getting the boot.

He said: "I want Ty and Ella to win, he's my boy and I've seen the stuff they've gone through. They've faced every single test and they've come through.

"Whitney made the wrong decision, Mitch has had enough chances, at this point Kady and Ouzy will stay together, they are cute. I'm not sure how much Ella B likes Mitch."
