Love Island stars Paige Thorne and Adam Collard appeared on Lorraine to talk about their life since being in the villa.

During the chat Paige explained how she will be returning to her paramedic job and has a meeting booked to discuss it.

"Personally for me, I've got a meeting to go back to paramedic work as well so that'll be exciting.

"I saw an ambulance the other day with a siren and I had serious FOMO. I'm going to go back into that a little bit…"

As Ranvir pointed out how surprised fans might be that she would return to her NHS job, Paige's boyfriend Adam Collard shared: "I think people would be surprised at how much she talked about it in the villa as well.

"I loved that as well."

Paige went on: "It's one of those things like I genuinely just love my job.

"So why wouldn't I want to go back to it? I really enjoyed it."

Paige also said that Adam has "won her mum round" and "her whole family love him".

“They made me feel really welcome,” Adam said.

He added: “Her mum came straight up to us and was like, ‘You know what I probably believed and read a few too many press articles and stuff like that,’ but we were dancing on the tables with her Nana within half an hour!”

The couple also announced at the end of the show that they are official and are now boyfriend and girlfriend after Adam asked Paige off camera so that she knew it was real.

Adam spilled the beans to On Demand Entertainment about how he asked the brunette beauty to be official with him.

"The only time where we got to sit on the sofa. It was only us for the first time," he said.

"I was like: 'Right, I need to ask you now because it's not for anyone's benefit, apart from mine and yours.

"'I do really want you to be my girlfriend.'"

"I didn't even ask her actually, I just told her. I just said: Right, so this is a thing now, please," he added.
