LOVE Island runner-up Luca Bish has revealed he will be moving to Chester to be closer to Gemma Owen – but he’s not getting a room in her dad Michael’s mega mansion.

Instead, the smitten 23-year-old will rent his own place near to the £4million estate to be as close to Gemma as possible.

Brighton-based Luca explained: “There is no middle ground – it’s Chester or nothing!”

“I’m happy to go wherever she wants me to go. I haven’t got too many commitments back home so it’s easier for me to move. Whatever makes us happy and whatever is right we’ll do. Hopefully if I move near her, in time we’ll get a place together.”

He added: “Just to be near her family I’ll love. Hearing stories about her barbecues and stuff like that, I’m quite excited and I feel like I’ll fit right in.”

Gemma, dad Michael, mum Louise Bonsall, and three siblings Emily May, 14, Jessica, 12, and James Michael, 16, all live in the stunning home.

The amazing Grade-II-listed manor is set among 42 acres in the Welsh countryside.

The home boasts plenty of football memorabilia including a giant photo-frame on the wall that carries a handful of Owen's England jerseys from the 89 caps the striker won.

But that's not the only thing the property boasts- there is also a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub and a private gym.

There is also plenty of space for Gemma to look after her 12 horses, which live on the grounds of their home.

Meanwhile, fans aren’t convinced Gemma and Luca will go the distance after they spotted what they think is a big clue after the final.

Rather than posting the traditional couple shot from the ITV2 hit's finale, like most finalists' social media accounts did, Gemma's team only posted a picture of Gemma on her own.

And even more tellingly, the caption did not make any reference to Luca at all.

In fact, it specifically mentioned #TeamGemma, which was taken as a thinly-veiled dig at Luca, who has attracted a backlash for his 'controlling' and 'bullying' behaviour in the villa.

The post featured a shot of Gemma wearing the brown slip dress from her final date with Luca, but without her other half in the shot.
