MAFS UK: Terrance reveals he’s a DJ to Porscha

MAFS UK’s John James ‘JJ’ Slater has briefly talked about his ex-girlfriend who set the bar high when it comes to dating – so who is she?

Fashion brand owner JJ, 30, met his match and fellow business owner Bianca Petronzi at the altar and she was immediately “really pleased” with her new husband.

On the other hand, JJ was a little less than impressed, stating that it “wasn’t love at first sight” for him and thought things were going “too fast” on their honeymoon.

This led to some frustration on Bianca’s part as she was worried the lack of effort would mean they would be “friend-zoned”, rather than grow closer as a couple.

JJ previously talked about how his ex-girlfriend gave him high standards and fans have been keen to know who this woman is.

Who is MAFS UK star John James Slater’s ex-girlfriend?  

MAFS UK star JJ’s ex-girlfriend is American Victoria’s Secret model Kelsie Jean Smeby.

On Instagram, she boasts more than 1 million followers and regularly shares snaps from her modelling shoots.

She has previously worked for the likes of online retailer Fashion Nova and designer Guess, sharing a picture from 2020 of a building in Saudi Arabia lit up with a campaign image of her.

Kelsie emotionally wrote: “This made My whole life!

“I’m in tears in the makeup artist chair for another job…’so sorry for crying.’”

“Party boy” JJ and Kelsie met while he was living in Los Angeles and was reportedly seen with TV personality Kendall Jenner in a nightclub and attending Wimbledon in 2013 with Gigi Hadid.

However, the “wild” relationship ended in tears with JJ alleging that Kelsie cheated on him but he has continued to chase after “good looks”.

Speaking on MAFS UK, JJ said: “My ex was a Victoria’s Secret model and amazing to look at…

“I loved going out with her, she was really, really, really pretty and the relationship was pretty wild.”

He continued: “At the time I definitely thought that I was in love with her but if you’re going to play with fire then expect to get burnt.

“She cheated on me, it was horrible, and it hurt me a lot and it was probably one of the worst things that I’ve been through.

“I have been chasing the wrong type of girl and I’m aware of that now.”
