MARRIED At First Sight star Matthew Murray has shared photos of his trip away on holiday with 2021 star Marilyse Corrigan.

The pair have been rumoured to be dating after The Sun Online revealed they had been secretly seeing each other and even jetted off to be on a sun-soaked holiday together.

The pair are now together in Turkey, after friends told The Sun that they were relying on each other during times of stress in the limelight.

In the short clips shared on Instagram, the pair were seen smoking on the poolside of an evening, with a grinning Matt panning over to Marilyse, and then her son, and then back to his face.

In another, he posted a shirtless selfie by the pool.

A source said: "Initially they were just friends – Marilyse was keen to offer support to Matt as the show aired and he started getting a lot of backlash.

“She loves a bad boy and felt there was a spark between them so things have turned romantic.

“They've been meeting up for secret dates – even though Matt was supposed to be keeping up appearances that he was still in a relationship with Whitney until the end of the series aired."

Both stars had a rocky time during their respective series of the show, with Marilyse's dreams of a marriage to Franky Spencer falling apart over the course of the show's run.

While they lasted to the reunion special and beyond, Marilyse later explained she felt the romantic elements of their relationship had dried up leaving them more as friends.

Marilyse told The Sun: “A few weeks after the reunion we went our separate ways, we didn’t even fall out, we just mutually agreed that maybe we were not each other’s future.

“It’s really sad as we got on really well and Franky has a heart of gold but outside the experiment, I had to think, ‘Do I want to be with this person forever?’

“The experiment was very full-on and the expectation after was full-on as well, I think maybe things went too quickly.

“I saw a lot of Franky and that probably spoiled it because we spent too much time together."

Meanwhile, Matt became a standout groom during the 2022 experiment when he married tattooed businesswoman Gemma, only to leave her and then re-enter the experiment with Whitney, a co-star whose marriage to Duka had broken down.

By the time of the finale, Whitney and Matt and broken up too, and Matt had dramatically stormed out of the reunion show after facing clashes with other participants.

He told the dating experts: "Coming out of the experiment, we spent a lot of time together to start with didn't we? Whitney came up to mine, I went down to Whitney's. I just think we hit a few boundaries. It's s***. It was, it was s***."
