Most complained about 2023 shows – Love Island chaos and Naked Education fury

  • Avid TV viewers have been treated to an avalanche of spectacular shows this year so far, with a number of hit returning and new series keeping fans glued to their screens.

    However, despite a number of programmes keeping viewers entertained, there have been moments that have left fans, stunned, disgusted or even disturbed.

    Government-approved regulatory Ofcom has received thousands of complaints so far this year for TV moments they found uncomfortable.

    And according to data from Casino Alpha, Love Island received the most protest from viewers, with the infamous Movie Night causing uproar on both the summer and winter series.

    Daily Star has taken a look through the top ten most complained about programmes of the year so far.

    1. 1. Love Island

      Love Island received the most Ofcom complaints so far this year with a staggering 4,333 complaints in total across the two series. According to the data, Movie Night is to blame.
