Nadira Valli (Ashling O’Shea) has started to see through Rayne Royce’s (Jemma Donovan) lies in Hollyoaks, knowing that she’s up to no good.
The wedding planner, as viewers know, leapt to social media influencer Rayne’s side upon hearing her claims that Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dywer) had forced himself upon her.
Prince professed his innocence, knowing he isn’t capable of such a thing, but due to Rayne having spiked him on the evening in question, he’s been unable to recall what actually happened.
With Romeo Nightingale (Owen Warner) having ordered best mate Prince out of the house and out of his life, Rayne had succeeded in her mission to isolate her beau from his nearest and dearest, much like she did earlier this year with Donna-Marie Quinn (Lucy-Jo Hudson).
But she didn’t stop there, with subsequent scenes seeing her lie about having self-harmed, knowing both Romeo and Prince’s history with Lily (Lauren McQueen), who died after her self-harm led to a fatal sepsis infection.
Monday’s (July 31) edition of the Channel 4 soap picked up with Prince questioning himself, horrified at the prospect of his actions having potentially led to Rayne self-harming.
Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) was quick to reiterate that Rayne is a liar, urging him not to admit to something he can’t remember doing- as she vowed to catch Rayne out.
But she may have some assistance in her crusade from former love rival Nadira, who was left spooked when she saw Rayne smiling after successfully getting rid of Prince, who had moved out.

What’s more, subsequent scenes saw Rayne telling Romeo that he’s better off without Prince and Donna-Marie in his life, which was overheard by Nadira, who was appalled.
Nadita has evidently started to realise that Rayne is isolating Romeo from his friends and family, but will she be able to make Romeo see such a thing? Will she join forces with Peri and Prince and succeed in taking the manipulative influencer down before it’s too late?
Hollyoaks continues Tuesday August 1 at 7pm on E4 or stream the next episode from midnight on All4.
