NEWSNIGHT's Victoria Derbyshire has revealed she was rinsed by her teenage son following a TV blunder earlier this week.
The broadcaster and journalist, 54, presented Tuesday's Newsnight on BBC One.
The show covered the strikes taking place throughout the country as well as the current state and future of the Conservative party.
Producers invited former Tory politician Lord Baker of Dorking to speak on the topic when his phone started ringing.
As he reached into his jacket pocket for the phone, Victoria couldn't help but smirk at the on air disruption.
She then said: "Let me switch it off," as she reached for the device.

The programme was thrown into chaos as the phone rang again just a few moments later, with Derbyshire left laughing as she said: "Give me your phone!"
While trying to quiz Baker further, Victoria gasped "Oh my God" as it rang for a third time.
Eventually after the fourth interruption the interview was cut short and Victoria moved onto the next part of the show.
But now the star's teenage son has weighed in on the mortifying blunder and given his verdict.

Victoria shared a text message he had sent her, which read: "How did you manage to not put it [the phone] on silent 1000 times."
Replying on social media, one fan said: "I am a technological disappointment to my teenagers every single day. Well handled btw. Guests phones going off is a right old pain."
"Honest to god, I don’t know how you managed to keep a straight face, Victoria! A consummate professional as always," said a second.
A third posted: "You handled it brilliantly but it was still comedy Gold!"
While a fourth commented: "Just a wonderful piece of television. You did great."
