Nineties boyband star unrecognisable after quitting Simon Cowell-led group and going on reality TV | The Sun

THE Simon Cowell-led boyband star looked worlds away from when he performed in the nineties.

Simon Cowell was a lead record producer, talent scout and consultant within the music industry before spearheading shows like The X-Factor and Britain's Got Talent.

The judge is best known for signing One Direction and West Life – but he is also known for leading nineties boyband, Ultimate Kaos.

Many of Ultimate Kaos' stars are still performing today, including Haydon Eshun – who went on to appear on reality TV show Reborn in the USA and star in the West End.

Haydon looks very different two decades later, after raising to fame as just a child.

The group were known for rocking baggy trousers and being the young trend-setters of R&B style.

Haydon has now grown up and shed his Pop and R&B roots for a more chic style.

The star has now updated his social media to reflect this, rocking a new profile picture on Twitter.

Haydon could be seen sporting a white shirt and an undone bow-tie in the snap, where he posed for the camera.

He even showed-off facial hair and an immaculately groomed appearance.

The band's original line-up comprised of Jomo Baxter, Jayde Spence, Ryan Elliott, Nick Grant and the then 9 years old Haydon.

Ultimate Kaos found success early on with hits like "Some Girls", and even supported Take That on their 1994 UK tour.

After they split up in 1999, Haydon also attempted to enter the Eurovision Song Contest.

He later released a solo album titled Justice in 2009 and has appeared in the West End stage musical Thriller.
