Amanda Owen made a welcome return to social media at the weekend, sparking an outpouring of relief from her concerned fans.

The Our Yorkshire Farm star took to her Instagram account for the first time since July to share a series of holiday snaps with her 535,000 followers on the platform.

Previously, the 49-year old Yorkshire Shepherdess posted regular family updates from her Yorkshire Dales home after rising to fame on Channel 5 alongside her now-ex husband Clive Owen and their nine children.

But after Clive announced the end of their marriage last year her posts became few and far between, almost to the point of drying up completely.

Now reportedly in a relationship with businessman Robert Davies – previously hired by the family to maintain their website – Amanda uploaded the pics and a video, which feature three of her children playing in the water at sunset.

She captioned the set: "The place to be. #Yorkshire #HomeSweetHome."

Fans soon flocked to the comments section with many expressing their delight in her return.

"Great to see you posting again, hope you and the family are all ok xx," one commented.

Another wrote: "Miss seeing you and your beautiful family, hope life is treating you all well xx."

A third added: "So good to see you back on here, you've all been missed."

And a fourth said: "That is a gorgeous sky, and great to see your posts again. Hope you are all well."

Earlier this summer it was reported that Davies is alleged to be divorcing his estranged wife, following a five-year affair with Amanda.

The secret relationship was outed earlier in 2023, after spouse Yasumi found a love letter written to her 71-year-old husband from Amanda in his car.

It read: "Robert, life is too short and happiness is too rare. I love you."
