Paddy McGuinness has revealed that he had a secret plastic surgery when he was younger but later discovered the doctor was a bit dodgy.
The comedian appeared on Shopping With Keith Lemon on Thursday night (October 27) when he was asked whether he had any plans for plastic surgery.
The 49-year-old – whose split from his wife Christine McGuinness was recently confirmed – explained that he wasn't sure what he could have done "as a man", but opened up about a past surgery.

The funny-man said: "I don't begrudge anyone doing it but I think what could you have done as a man?"
Keith suggested he could have "his ears" done, before Paddy went on: "I've had them done. I used to have massive sticking out ears and I always had a problem with it.
"The surgeon who did it, I thought, 'There's something not right with these.' About two years later, Panorama's on, doing an exposé on rogue surgeons – he's on it!"
It seems the Take Me Out host doesn't plan on "going under the knife", as Keith put it, to keep him looking younger.
Paddy is fresh out of his marriage, after he and Christine, 34, announced they would be splitting up.
However they confirmed they would still be living together in order to co-parent their three children – twins Leo and Penelope, and Felicity – all of whom have autism.
Paddy and Christine got married in 2011 but confirmed their split this year after weeks of speculation that not all was rosy between them.
In July they confirmed the rumours, releasing a statement which read: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we're moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.
"We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into our private life. Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter. We'll be making no further comment."
