Moving their hips and showing off their impressive "shimmying" moves, this was the moment when Phil began to wiggle his hips before revealing his saucy alter ego.

"They don't call me snake hips for nothing," he teased viewers as he writhed away.

Speaking to expert Katie Brindle about the ancient Chinese ritual, she instructed both Holly and Phil to stand up and shimmy before teaching them how to "body drum".

Katie is a Chinese medicine practitioner, healer, empath, life healer and mentor with over 20 years of clinical experience.

After witnessing Holly and Phil drumming themselves all over their bodies – while also using a special grey tool – viewers took to Twitter to discuss what they had seen.

"Seen it all now," one person simply penned.
