Royal fans were delighted this week when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appeared at Buckingham Palace to inspect the flowers and greet the well-wishers who had congregated to pay their respects to the late Queen.

Prince Harry and wife Meghan appeared alongside the Prince and Princess of Wales and the foursome's ongoing feud seemed to have been put aside, for now at least.

Now one of Prince Harry's interviews has resurfaced online with many fans surprised to find they'd never seen it before and sharing their support for the grieving Royal.

In it he's seen talking about the racism his wife experienced in the UK as well as his mother, the late Princess Diana and his struggle with mental health.

The clip from the Apple TV programme Harry made with Oprah, The Me You Can't See, has been shared on Twitter many thousands of times in the last few days, and in it Harry describes how he became aware he'd be "living in a bubble within the family and the institution."

Harry had previously spoken to Oprah for Meghan's tell-all interview which aired in early 2021.

But in this second interview with the veteran broadcaster, he goes into detail on his own, describing how news of his relationship with Meghan was reported in the press. He says: "Within the first eight days of our relationship being made public was when they said 'Harry's girl is almost straight outta Compton'."

He added: "And that her 'exotic DNA will be thickening the royal blood'."

He also commented on how triggering the paparazzi intrusion into his life had been, comparing it to the fate of Princess Diana. He said: "The flashing of cameras makes my blood boil. It makes me angry. It takes me back to what happened to my Mum. I felt completely helpless. I thought my family would help but every single ask got met with total silence."

He also speaks about how he and Meghan decided to choose their mental health over the Royal life. He said: "Meghan decided to share with me her suicidal thoughts and how she was planning to end her life. We chose to put our mental health first. That's what we're doing and that's what we'll continue to do."

The programme aired on subscription platform Apple TV in 2021 and fans on Twitter are united in shock with many saying they've never seen it before.

One said: "I’ve never seen this before and it makes the hounding of them by the British tabloids even more grotesque".

Another added: "I've never watched this before, and frankly found it hard not to be genuinely impressed and moved by Prince Harry here."

A third said: "I had never seen this before, but I'm glad I now have. I recommend you all watch it and reflect on what has happened and what continues to happen."

And a fourth commented: "There is a reason why The British Media never talks about this interview Harry gave for his mental health documentary. Everything he said on here is 100 times more revealing than anything Meghan said in that Oprah interview. He is the one they should be afraid of."
