Sky Coppers viewers have A LOT of complaints about new Channel 4 policing show | The Sun

SKY Coppers viewers have A LOT of complaints about the new Channel 4 policing show.

The programme goes behind the scenes with the West Midlands Police Drone Unit as they seek out criminals from the sky.

This week's episode of Sky Coppers featured the hunt for a man who had assaulted an officer and dragged them along with his car before escaping.

Sergeant Keith Bennet and PC Chris Turton searched for a motorbike thief hiding in a wood in the dead of night.

And after reports came in of a man loitering in gardens in Birmingham, the team quickly found out not everything was as it seemed.

However, the situations featured on the show left many Channel 4 viewers underwhelmed.

A third added: "Seems like the #skycoppers are just there to catch aerial footage for the TV. The guys on the ground are doing all the work."

Others were even harsher, with one raging: "Biggest load of s*** police programme. And I love police programmes.
