FAN favourite Sonia Fowler was shocked to realise she could be pregnant with Reiss Colwell's child.
However, next week in EastEnders, the nurse portrayed by Natalie Cassidy makes a shock discovery.
Sonia recently opened up to Whitney Dean to express her concerns she could be expecting a child with Reiss Colwell (played by Jonny Freeman).
The couple have been romantically involved with one another for several months as Reiss first showed up in Walford ahead of Dot Cotton's funeral.
Although the pair hit it off, it quickly became clear that Reiss was keeping a secret and, more particularly, a wife he had to take care of since she suffered a stroke which left her completely immobile and bed-ridden.
But in scenes due to air next week, Sonia has no clue why Reiss appears to be off with her and it's evident he's keeping another secret about himself.

She's unaware that he thinks she has cheated and she's still reeling over his comments about wanting to be a father due to the fact she could already be pregnant.
Back at No 25, Whitney (Shona McGarty) is there supporting Sonia – who is taking a pregnancy test – when she catches Reiss trying to hack into his girlfriend's phone.
During a furious confrontation, Reiss finally explodes and tells Sonia what's really on his mind.
A devastated Sonia reasons that Reiss wants kids – just not with her.
