Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) impresses a new business contact in upcoming episodes of EastEnders. So much so, in fact, that she’s invited to fly out to Mumbai the very next day. Could this be the last we’ll see of Suki in Albert Square?

Ravi (Aaron Thiara) is concerned about how Suki will hold up in the meeting with a business contact called Harpreet and offers to conduct the meeting himself. Suki insists she’s fine, but when Harpreet starts questioning her about her business relationship with Ranveer, things start to go wrong.

Harpreet suggests that Suki may have had to compromise her morals to do business with Ranveer. Viewers know that Ranveer idea of a ‘business relationship’ with Suki was that he wouldn’t sign a contract with her until she agreed to have sex with him. When she refused, he attacked her and Suki hit him over the head with a clock in self defence.

Suki believes she killed Ranveer. We know it was his son Ravi who actually dealt the killer blow but he’s happy to let Suki think she was to blame.

It’s not surprising that Harpreet’s questions make Suki feel incredibly uncomfortable, and she rushes out of the door in panic.

Eve (Heather Peace), who’s been on a date and has seen that Suki is upset, rushes to comfort her and give her some support. Following Eve’s intervention, Suki feels strong enough to go back into the meeting and charm Harpreet, who offers to fly her out to Mumbai the following day.

It’s a brilliant business opportunity for Suki and a chance to get some distance between herself and the terrible events of Ranveer’s death. Will she take the opportunity?
