There’s terror for Frankie Lewis (Rose Ayling-Ellis) in upcoming EastEnders episodes when she’s attacked on the way home from a night out.
It’s a storyline that will resonate for many viewers, as Frankie faces the awful realisation that someone is following her as she makes her way home from a club.
The reason she’s left the club early without her friends is that she’s fed up with one particular man who has been hassling her all night. He even tries to kiss her and his behaviour is making the whole experience so horrible that Frankie just wants to get home.
As she leaves the tube station she realises the man from the club has followed her and he blocks her path. Frankie realises she’s trapped, but luckily someone is passing by and this gives her the chance to escape and she rushes home.
As Shirley (Linda Henry) comforts her after the ordeal, Mick (Danny Dyer) is just glad to know that his daughter hasn’t been physically hurt.
But will there be longer lasting consequences for Frankie following the ordeal?
