Sort Your Life Out: Stacey comforts Claire
Stacey Solomon rushed to support mum-of-five Claire on Thursday’s Sort Your Life Out.
Claire had become emotional on the BBC house transformation programme as she began to sort through some clothes and decide what to throw away.
The mother of five boys admitted it had been a difficult few years following the separation from her husband, and the house had become extremely cluttered as the boys got older and moved in and out of the home.
When the household items were displayed in a warehouse for the family to see just how much they owned, Stacey confirmed they had the biggest “memory section” of any family who had ever been on the show.
Sentimental Claire had admitted she struggled to let things go, and it all became too much for her as she began to look through some cherished dresses.

The warehouse showed the family had 95 bottles of cleaning products, 10 versions of the same board game, 234 pairs of shoes, and more than 300 pieces of kids’ artwork.
“I can honestly say you’ve got the biggest memory section we’ve ever had on Sort Your Life Out,” Stacey informed the family.
While Claire found it difficult to sift through nostalgic items, it was her clothes section that left her in tears.
“Wow, what a beautiful dress collection!” Stacey remarked as she looked through a handful of Claire’s gowns.

She added: “These are the happiest dresses I’ve ever seen!”
“I love clothes,” Claire admitted, speaking to the cameras in an earlier segment.
“I would love to be like Kate Middleton… Lots of lovely outfits and lots of lovely social events to go to.”
Back at the warehouse, Stacey asked: “Do you get to go out a lot?”
“Not so much recently,” Claire responded, “But who knows? One day.”
She went on: “It’s been a tough few years.”
“Do you love shopping?” Stacey probed, to which Claire answered: “Sometimes when you’re feeling low…”
“Yeah, it’s like an instant high, isn’t it?” Stacey offered as Claire became tearful.
“Just give me a minute,” she requested as Stacey sympathised: “Sorry Claire, sorry.”
She gave Claire a hug as she insisted she deserved to buy herself nice things.
Sort Your Life Out continues on Thursday at 8pm on BBC One.
