Strictly fans slam final as 'two horse race' saying other celebs have 'no chance' | The Sun

STRICTLY Come Dancing fans have taken to social media with their predictions for this weekend’s anticipated final.

But some aired their frustrations that they feel the show is now a “two horse race” and that some have a better chance of lifting the glitterball than others.

Eagle-eyed fans suggested that because Hamza Yassin and Helen Skelton have yet to receive the lowest votes and take on the dreaded dance off, it will mean they have a higher chance of flying into the final two.

They were also quick to point out that the other two finalists – Fleur East and Molly Rainford – have repeatedly found themselves under the red light, and claimed this meant they could be voted out first.

That’s because this Saturday, it’s all down to the public vote as to who will be crowned champion of the BBC ballroom.

Meanwhile, the all-star judging panel, made up of Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood’s scores are simply there as a guide for viewers at home.

One frustrated BBC One viewer said on Twitter: “It seems very unfair that Fleur and Molly can spend the whole series taking it in turns to be in the bottom 2 and yet both make the final.

“Neither have a chance of winning and so next week becomes a two horse race .”

Following Will Mellor’s departure after the semi-final, another was in agreement.

They said: “So it’s goodbye to Will and Nancy, it’s a shame that they had those particular dances this week, but that’s how it falls.

Meanwhile, a third Strictly fan commented their view, as they wrote: “The three other remaining #Strictly couples are technically WAY better.

“But my two favourites, Molly-Carlos and Fleur-Vito, have been in the bottom two several times.”

“To Hamza-Jowita's credit, they've never been in the bottom two this season.”

While a fourth added their prediction, as they said: “Very much a 2 horse race in the final.

And even then I think Hamza is several furlongs ahead.”

This weekend, the four finalists will take it in turns to try to win over the viewers at home and be in with a chance of performing their show dances.

To get to that point, they’ll each perform two routines – their favourite from their Strictly journey, plus the judges’ pick.

Frontrunner and nature photographer Hamza and his professional dance partner Jowita Przystal will once again showcase their moves as they perform their Salsa as picked by the judges.

They’ll also be hoping to reach similar heights with their pick – their Couple's Choice to Jerusalema – Remix by Master KG featuring Burna Boy.

Elsewhere, former Blue Peter host Helen and Gorka Marquez are dancing their highlight – Couple's Choice to Mein Herr by Liza Minnelli from Cabaret – while the judges opted for their Jive.
