Strictly Come Dancing fans were left fighting tears as Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly paid tribute to professional dancer Amy Dowden during the launch show.
Amy was unable to join as she was feeling too unwell, as she is currently undergoing chemotherapy after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
The dancer hasn't got a partner for this series, but is set to take part in some of the group dances this series.

As Tess and Claudia spoke to the camera, Claudia said: "We are of course missing one of our professional dancers. Our gorgeous Amy Dowden is unwell and she can't be with us for the start of the series."
Tess added: "She's our Welsh dragon and we know she'll be back soon."
Claudia then quickly continued: "Amy, from your entire Strictly family we're sending all our love and we cannot wait to have you back on the dancefloor."
Tess then dedicated the first ever dance from the new celebrities and the judges to Amy, saying "This one's for you".
Fans quickly rushed to social media to share how emotional they were feeling, as one said: "A bit emotional with that shoutout for Amy."
Another added: "A lovely tribute to Amy Dowden I hope she gets better soon."
Amy announced to fans in May that she was battling aggressive stage three breast cancer after finding a lump while preparing for her honeymoon with husband Ben Jones.
She has been sharing updates of her treatment with her fans as she undergoes chemotherapy treatment, with one of her latest being: "Chemo 4. Was extremely sick even with three types of anti-sickness. Very tired too. Going to be resting up."
Strictly airs Saturdays on BBC1.
