Strictly’s Helen Skelton rakes in over a MILLION with secret side-hustle that isn’t TV | The Sun

STRICTLY Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has raked in over a million with a secret side-hustle that isn’t TV.

The 39-year-old star is well-known for her TV gigs, including Blue Peter and Countryfile, but it turns out she’s not just a brilliant dancer and TV star but businesswoman too.

Helen’s impressive wealth also comes from her kids clothing line, named Toy Breaker.

Figures reveal that Helen’s Skelton Production Ltd last set of accounts show she’s got £474,667 ‘cash in the bank’.

Over the last three years Helen, who is mum to Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and baby Elsie, nine months, has in total paid £185,955 in corporation tax.

At a 19 per cent rate, that works out that her earnings over that period have been £978,710.

Helen has discussed her baby clothing range in the past, which is a unisex clothing brand made from organic cotton.

She told Celeb Mix: “It was back at the start of the pandemic that I first had the idea of doing a kids range.

“One of my best friends was working for a fast fashion brand at the time, but was looking to change what she was doing, so whilst we were talking one day and I was telling her how I can never get my kids to wear anything other than a football kit, the idea to do a kids line came to us and we just thought why not.

“It’s funny to think about it now, because everything that’s followed after and where we find ourselves now, all came from that initial conversation.”

Helen has designed clothes that she’d want her kids to wear, and explained that she felt it was important to “create a collection that would strike that balance between meeting both the parents and child’s needs.”
