KAYE Adams has revealed her first Strictly Come Dancing "injury" to fans.
The Loose Women talk show anchor, 59, took to her Instagram page to upload a snap showing the palm of her hand looking red raw and sore.
Kaye wrote: "First @bbcstrictly injury," before telling her following it was caused: "From overenthusiastic clapping!"
The ITV anchor has also previously admitted how Strictly Come Dancing's intense rehearsal schedule for 2022 has played havoc with her sleep.
She took to Twitter to write: "Struggled to sleep last night after the first day of Strictly rehearsals.
"Tried to count sheep but couldn't get past 5, 6, 7, 8."

Proof things come in threes, Kaye was then told she was "nearly deaf in one ear" ahead of taking to the dancefloor.
The Sun exclusively reported how she had undergone a series of tests ahead of appearing on the hit BBC dance show and had been told she needs help.
She confirmed her “hearing is an issue” and that “I probably should be thinking about getting hearing aids”.
Kaye said the checks found one ear had a “poor level” of hearing and the other was trying to compensate.

She added: “My hearing is an issue, to the extent that I’ve had full consultations and examinations on my ears.
“It’s probably getting to the stage where it’s getting problematic in certain situations.
“I have been recommended to get hearing aids.
“One ear in particular has a very poor level of hearing and the other one is trying it’s best to compensate.
“I’m not in anyway against that.”
Earlier this month, Kaye confirmed her new telly role on Loose Women as the Strictly theme tune played in the background.
Co-host Nadia Sawalha asked how she was feeling, looking nervous, Kaye said: "I can't dance at all, I've got two left feet."
"I'm absolutely terrified, as Nadia says as a supportive friend you can't dance, it's absolutely true.
"It will be a journey. I can think of a million reasons not to do this and when these gorgeous dancers came on I nearly exited from both ends of my body.
"But I thought I would regret it when September comes."
She follows in a long line of her co-stars to appear on the dance series — including Ruth Langsford, 62, and Judi Love, 42.
A source said: “Kaye is a classic Strictly signing. She ticks so many boxes.
"She’s been keeping it a closely guarded secret for some time.
“Even her own co-stars have been kept in the dark.”
