STRICTLY star Zara McDermott showed off her toned bum in very tight gym gear as she stretched during training.
The 26-year-old will be the first Love Island star to take part in the BBC dance competition later this year.
Zara, who starred on Love Island in 2018, is already working up a sweat in the gym to prepare herself for a busy few months ahead.
The reality favourite posed in the mirror wearing red leggings and a black sports bra while sitting on the floor.
She said: "Trying to be a mobility queen getting ready to [dancing emoji]."
Back in June it was revealed that Zara was part of Strictly 2023's line-up.

"Zara is the perfect signing for Strictly, not only is she beautiful and glamorous but she is hardworking and will take being on the show very seriously," a source told MailOnline at the time.
They continued to: "She's absolutely loved the experience of documentary making and is over the moon to further her relationship with the BBC by signing up to Strictly.
"It is a dream come true for her and becoming the first former Love Island star to do so is the icing on the cake."
Thenearlier this month it was confirmed, making her the first-ever Love Island star to sign up to the show.

"Strictly is such a far cry from my day job," Zara said on BBC Radio 1.
"I've spent the last three years making documentaries in a very small team, but Strictly is live. You cannot make a mistake, you have 'one take' only.
"This is just so far out of my comfort zone. I've spent the whole of my 20s pushing myself out of my comfort zone, but this is the pinnacle now.
"I have zero dance experience. I don't even dance in a nightclub – I'm that petrified of dancing."
Zara recently looked raring to go as she rocked up to Strictly training in a tiny pair of shorts and trainers.
The star will be competing against Family Fortunes star Les Dennis, former Coronation Street star Ellie Leach, EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier, former EastEnders star Nigel Harman and Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas.
The Strictly line-up also includes Paralympic champion Jody Cundy and former British number one tennis player Annabel Croft as well as BBC Asian Network's Breakfast Show host Nikita Kanda, actress Amanda Abbington, Bad Education star Layton Williams and broadcaster Angela Rippon.
They will be joined by journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy, comedian Eddie Kadi, Irish TV presenter Angela Scanlon and former Love Island star Zara McDermott.
