I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star Sue Cleaver once rubbed shoulders with the likes of Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci as they starred together in film, The Man Who Cried.

The Coronation Street legend, who is currently getting to grips with life down under, played a small part in the 2000 romantic film before making history on the famous ITV Cobbles.

Playing the role of the Red Cross Woman, the film focuses on an adopted Jewish lady named Suzie living in Paris in the 1940s, Throughout the film Suzie is on a mission to find her real father who is residing in the US.

But when the Nazis evade Paris, Suzie is in a dilemma to stay in Paris or to find her father.

Written and directed by Sally Potter, Suzie is played by Christina, meanwhile her lover Cesar is played by actor Johnny.

As well as being a part of a major Hollywood movie, Sue also took on the role of Corrie's Eileen Grimshaw in 2000 and has played the iconic character for 22 years.

But while appearing on I'm A Celeb, Sue admitted that she didn't want fans to like her character more than herself.

She said: "This is the scariest part for me, I am a very private person and I am putting myself out there, which is what I am most nervous about.

"Viewers are going to see a different person to the person they think I am! I am very different. That can be worrying.

"They might decide they don’t like me as much as Eileen!"

She also added: "It will be interesting for them – and for me as well – for people to see me outside of my character, but they'll get a glimpse of the real Sue in a very strange situation."

Although Sue has become a fan favourite on the show so far, during the latest instalment viewers were left questioning where she was and wondered if she had gone missing.

Taking to Twitter, one social media user wrote: "I didn't even realise Sue from Corrie was in the jungle she hasn't said much today I hope they give her more airtime."

Another said: "You near forget Sue Cleaver is there," while a third questioned: "Why is Owen getting all the airtime. Please, where is Sue Cleaver?
