Suits Star Patrick J. Adams Says Hes Sorry For Taking Trip Down Memory Lane, Not Respecting SAG-AFTRA Strike

Reruns of Suits are the hot thing on Netflix, so star Patrick J. Adams thought he’d relish in the show’s success by posting a few BTS photos from back in the day.

He regrets that now, especially since actors were told not to promote their projects while SAG-AFTRA walks the picket line. The actors have been on strike for 77 days after failing to reach a deal on a new contract.

“The last couple of days I foolishly and thoughtlessly let a trip down Suits memory lane distract me from the very real and ongoing fight everyone in @sagaftra continues to wage in its effort to win our membership realistic 21st century compensation and protections,” Adams said in an Instagram Story post. “It was an embarrassing oversight for which I’m incredibly sorry. So grateful to those who gently and swiftly course corrected me here and I look forward to continuing the fight in the days and weeks ahead.”
