MTV star Amber Portwood has been showered with praise from fans after showcasing her weight loss in a slurry of new snaps shared on social media. In the wake of her reported Teen Mom exit, Amber seems to be enjoying a more laid-back life.
Teen Mom’s Amber turned heads with several new uploads on her Instagram account, showing off her much slimmer frame.
“Don’t mind me, I’m staying hydrated,” she captioned a recent snap.
Amber wrote: “The sun made an appearance today and I’m here for it.”
She posed for the sweet selfie as she appeared worlds away from her early days on the hit-MTV reality programme.
Amber has been in the reality TV business for over a decade and has become one of the most recognisable faces for Teen Mom fans.
She first gained attention when she was cast in 16 and Pregnant in 2009, an MTV series which follows the lives of teenage mothers in the USA.
But now fans continue to gush over her seemingly brand-new appearance, commenting that she looks “younger” in her recent pictures.
Instagram user Lilmissmakeup05 started a comment thread, telling Amber she was “Looking fabulous”.
Account Kellyhallahan1275 agreed, adding: “You look absolutely beautiful Amber!”
While Bonmac56 wrote: “Love you. You are doing great and seem to be on a good path. Keep up your hard work.”
User Urssmiamisb said: “You look beautiful dearie, so proud of you. Sending blessings and love your way.”
And Serenityannnnnnn commented: “I am here for it girl, I hope you see this but keep doin you baby girl. So many people are rooting for you.”

Shsediles concluded: “You look very good Amber! You look younger! You’re so pretty.”
It follows a tough year for the TV star, who lost custody of her son James to ex-partner Andrew Glennon.
Glennon and the toddler have since made a move to California, a long stretch from his ex’s native Indiana.
Regarding her reality TV exit, MTV is yet to make an official announcement, but sources claim Portwood had been telling friends about her plans to quit last month.
Insiders told The U.S. Sun: “Amber has told people she is absolutely out at the show, that she already quit and gave notice to MTV.”
The source revealed Portwood has yet to confirm any official plans about her next career moves.
However, she is apparently considering venturing into the real estate game.
