The Chase fans spotted tension between contestants after one player "ignored" his co-stars.
Presenter Bradley Walsh welcomed four new contestants into the studio, who hoped to leave with a decent amount of cash. First up to face Anne Hegarty was 35-year-old Al. He won £4,000 in the cash builder, but The Governess was on top form and wiped him out before he could make it to the end.
Following Al was Jemma. She also secured £4,000 in the first round and stuck with it as she prepared to go head-to-head with the 65-year-old quizzer. She sailed through to the final chase and went back to meet her teammates.

But she was met with what fans branded a cold response as Mike continued sitting with his arms crossed. Their other teammate also didn't say much.
He was next to face the chaser and returned back to the team with another £3,000. Both Jemma and Lisa weren't overly enthusiastic either.
The final player to battle it out against Anne was Lisa. The 49-year-old finished on a high, winning £5,000 and taking the team's total to £12,000.

In similar fashion, Lisa wasn't met with the warmest response as her teammates failed to praise her on the win. Fans immediately raced to social media and discussed the tension between the contestants.
One viewer asked: "Does Mike not like them? He's ignored Lisa and Jemma loads. A second agreed: "Mike didn’t even acknowledge Jemma . Just sat there with his arms crossed like they were glued to his chest. Body language at its worst."
Another echoed: "Mike didn't even acknowledge the bird." A fourth added: "Bloody hell, Mike didn't even look at her when she returned to her seat." While a fifth questioned: "Is this the most miserable team to ever appear on #TheChase."
The team answered 14 questions right in the final chase. But it was no match for Anne, who caught the trio with 22 seconds to spare.
