THE Only Way Is Essex is set to be shaken with new drama in tonight's episode as Dani Imbert is slammed over her drunken kiss.

The reality TV star – who enjoyed a smooch with show hunk Roman Hackett – is slammed by her co-star for giving him 'false hope'.

Dani, 23, who recently split from her ex Liam 'Gatsby' Blackwell, was seen in a war of words on the streets of Essex in a previous episode.

Despite kissing newcomer Roman, 20, in a dramatic twist last month, Dani was then seen fuming she didn't want to pursue anything with him – telling him: "I don't want [Liam], or you."

Now, a first look at tonight's episode has revealed the star admitted she had kissed Roman to her group of friends.

But after insisting that the pair are "just friends", she's slammed by co-star Harry Derbidge for giving Roman "false hope".

Sitting down with Amy Childs, Junaid Ahmed, Saffron Lempriere and Harry, Dani admits: "I get excited, I get carried away and then I end up kissing my boy best friend and it ends up a little bit awkward."

"Boy best friend? Do you mean Roman?" Harry can be seen asking after raising his hand in the air to ask a question.

Amy chimes in: "Did you sleep with him?" to which Dani reassures the group: "No, slow down – it sounds bad but I can kiss someone when I've had a drink and it can mean nothing.

"I feel like I should stop it because it's getting complicated now."

"Do you think he's caught feelings?" Harry asks, to which Dani replies: "He knows that we are just friends, I've said it multiple times."

Harry then scathingly concludes, giving Dani a stern look: "Be his friend, but take that step back a little bit because otherwise you're going to give him false hope."

It comes after Dani was seen breaking down in tears as she met up to talk things out with her ex boyfriend Liam, 34.

The pair reunited after their relationship of ten months ended just before Christmas – which Dani kissing Roman shortly after.

Liam didn't skirt around the truth at the meeting, which took place six months after their break-up.

Dani then told Liam: "Obviously at the beginning, the first couple of months, it was hard. I'm not going to lie. I did really miss you."

At that, Dani began crying, covering her face with both her hands, adding: "I don't know why I'm getting upset."

Dani earlier told a fan who asked about how things were between the pair: "We're not friends no, but there's no bad blood."
