Tulisa responds to The X Factor return claims amid music comeback

Tulisa has addressed rumours she could be returning to The X Factor as a judge, after Robbie Williams and Ayda Field’s exit.

The star was a judge on the series for two years, appearing in 2011 and 2012.

She mentored girlband Little Mix, who went on to become one of the most successful acts from the show ever.

Now, following the news Robbie Williams and Ayda Field have quit the ITV series as judges, rumours are circulating over who might replace them.

Fans have speculated Tulisa could replace Robbie or Ayda, with her now addressing the reports.

She told Lorraine Kelly on her show on Tuesday: “I haven’t spoken to them. There’s not been any conversations about it but of course.

“X Factor was such a life changing thing for me, it really put me on the platform that I’m eternally grateful for.”

Tulisa continued: “I loved the show, I loved doing the show, it’s an incredible process being a part of changing people’s lives.”

The star also addressed the cosmetic procedures and facial treatments she had had on her face while on the show.

She shocked fans with her transformation a few years ago, with the N-Dubz singer revealing she suffered an allergic reaction to fillers that caused her lips to swell.

Lorraine scolded the singer for having the treatment in the first place, encouraging her that she did not need to change anything about her face.

Tulisa compared herself to “Finding Nemo” before pulling a face at the camera, imitating a fish.

The star is launching her music comeback after three years, releasing her new single Daddy.

Lorraine continues weekdays at 8:30am on ITV.
