Two people ended up in the sea after a mass fight by an Ibiza party boat said to have involved British tourists.

The brawlers threw punches at each other and used rubbish containers as weapons in the extraordinary scenes in the popular resort of San Antonio.

A video from the the chaotic scene shows the man throwing bins each other and staff of the port as one of them was prevented from boarding because he was too drunk.
One of the tourists throws a rubbish bin on a security staff of the boat and was hit by the same bin after the staff throws the bin back.
A women can be heard screaming in the background while the angry men are exchanging punches.
Police raced to the area but the fight was already over by the time they arrived and no arrests are believed to have been made.
A spokesman for the firm Nautilus Ibiza, which ended up cancelling the sunset cruise in the aftermath of the drama, told local press violence flared when security staff prevented a tourist from boarding because he was too drunk and his group of ten friends responded by attacking them.

The incident happened around 5.30pm on Wednesday. There were no reports of any serious injuries.

Antonio Lorenzo, a left-wing San Antonio councillor, used footage of the brawl to criticise ruling right-wing politicians for voting against the proposal to include San Antonio port in the area affected by the ‘drunken tourism’ decree which covers the nearby West End area and includes limitations on alcohol purchases.
Addressing the likes of the town mayor Marcos Serra on Twitter he said: ‘They voted no to including the port and the Arenal in the area of excesses and combatting party boats and today we have these images of the customers of this type of offer.
‘It’s very clear who you’re governing for. There is an alternative.’
Local police could not be reached early this yesterday morning for comment.
