A fire has broken out on a Liverpool bus, with smoke reported to be visible for miles.
Thick plumes of smoke were seen billowing from an inferno coming out of the top of a double-decker in the city centre on Friday, August 25.
The incident, on Elliott Street, has led Arriva North West to tweet that a number of services are being terminated and will be restarted at Brownlow Street.

Dramatic footage has emerged showing firefighters working to tackle the blaze opposite Lime Street station.
Other clips show further busses and traffic stopped in the road as crowds gather to watch the astonishing scenes.
TheLiverpoolEchoreports that firefighters from Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service have been working to tackle the blaze.
People have been urged to avoid the area by Merseyside Police, which has also enforced a number of road closures.
A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "ROAD CLOSURES | Due to an ongoing incident the junctions of Great Charlotte St / Hanover St & Gradwell St / Hanover Street, are currently closed.
"Emergency Services are in attendance. Please avoid the area & find alternative routes for your journey. Updates to follow."
Arriva North West tweeted: "Due to a vehicle fire on Elliott St, Services 7 and 79 will terminate and restart at Brownlow Hill. Services 75 86 and 86A will use Berry St and Duke St to Liverpool One in both Directions, 82 will use Park Lane in both directions".
