Elle Brooke slams AJ Bunker’s ‘joke’ training ahead of boxing fight this week

Elle Brooke has slammed Love Island star AJ Bunker's training as a "joke" ahead of their upcoming boxing fight.

The OnlyFans model was due to face off against rival adult star Astrid Wett at the Indigo in London's O2 Arena on July 16, but the latter pulled out of the bout last month.

Following that news, AJ and Elle exchanged some choice words on social media before announcing the new fight (at the same time and place as the original one) early last week.

Both have been working hard in the gym with AJ looking to make up for lost time, but yesterday (July 10) Elle shared a comparison of their training regimes, suggesting her opponent's isn't up to scratch.

She reposted the clip from promoter KingPyn Boxing's Instagram account to her Story for her 450,000 followers to see.

The first few seconds shows Elle's trainer repeatedly landing uppercuts to her stomach as she tenses, building up her core strength.

Then there's a clip of AJ doing a similar training exercise but at a slightly slower pace.

Elle captioned her Story: "This has to be a joke."

The comments on the original post seemed to agree with the TikTok sensation.

One person said: "Elle's an absolute unit."

A second wrote: "Both were pulling punches but there's a clear difference [sic]."

"There's levels to this sh*t. Elle is getting left body punches while AJ is playing Paddy cake with mister tapper [sic]," said a third.

Previously, Elle revealed she was training at Mark Tibbs' gym as well as working with IBF bantamweight world champion Ebanie 'Blonde Bomber' Bridges.

She was also spotted in the gym with former European heavyweight champion Derek Chisora.

Speaking with talkSPORT over the weekend, she claimed she was nursing a black eye following a particularly gruesome sparring session with Bridges.

"I’m not being like 'I want to be on an AJ card! I want to be a professional'," she said. "I want to smash the influencer scene and see what’s next.

"Working alongside her [Bridges] I realised that anything is possible. She’s really rubbing off on me, her success and her drive. She’s a dream to work with.

"Ebanie and I sparred yesterday, I have a black eye right now. Mark Tibbs has taken great care of me, but he doesn’t treat me like I’m someone just starting boxing."
