Girl, 17, and woman, 42, found dead at New Forest National Park property as cops probe 'unexplained' death | The Sun

A GIRL and a woman have been found dead at a New Forest National Park property.

The bodies of the 17-year-old and 42-year-old were discovered just before 2pm on Thursday, December 29, in Hampshire.

Police have said their deaths are being treated as "unexplained" but not suspicious.

It is understood the two are related.

An investigation has since been launched.

A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary has today said: "We were called just after 1.45pm on Thursday December 29 to a report of the bodies of a 17-year-old girl and 42-year-old woman having been found at an address in Shorefield Road, Downton.

"The deaths are being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.

"Their family has been informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
