A TODDLER has died following a medical emergency with cops probing her "unexplained" death.
The horror unfolded at a home in Abertillery in Wales on Tuesday night.
Gwent Police said the three-year-old girl sadly couldn't be saved and was declared dead at the scene.
The force is now investigating the youngster's death, which is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.
The Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed they were called to the house on Montague Street just before 9pm on Tuesday.
A spokesperson added: "We sent one Cymru high-acuity response unit paramedic, one emergency ambulance, and one duty operational manager to the scene where we were supported by Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service colleagues".
