Downcast Gisele Bündchen was spotted without her wedding ring as she left a building in Miami – where a host of businesses, including attorneys, have offices – as rumors of her and Tom Brady’s divorce continue to swirl. 

The Brazilian supermodel, 42, and her seven-time Super Bowl winning husband, 45, have been at the center of speculation after it was revealed they are currently living in separate houses and are allegedly gearing up high-powered lawyers to initiate their divorce. 

Clutching a laptop in a brown leather case, Gisele yesterday hid her face behind blacked-out sunglasses as she walked out casually dressed in a white top, ripped jeans and flip-flops. 

She was not wearing her wedding ring as she stepped out on Thursday. 

Gisele grasped a water bottle and her stunning blue purse in one hand while she strolled into the building, wearing a gold necklace and simple hoop earrings.    

Her outing comes after numerous reports claim Bündchen and husband Brady and heading for the divorce courts.

Gisele was also conspicuously missing from the sidelines – and the stands – of Brady’s first home game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in September. But insiders say she was never set to attend the game. 

The A-list couple’s relationship has been on the rocks in recent weeks – and they faced a spell of bad luck after construction on their Miami mansion was halted due to Hurricane Ian.

The power couple had aimed to build a forever home in Miami’s Indian Creek Country Club community for themselves and their children.

The total cost of the house is set to be near $30million, as they paid $17million for the land and an additional $10.12million in construction costs for the custom mansion. 

The area is dubbed ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’ because of the sheer number of celebrities and high rollers in the vicinity, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Brady and Bündchen are rumored to be assessing how they would divide their assets, including their property portfolio.

But the mansion seems to be tailor-made for the two, and includes an organic garden, a pickleball court, yoga terrace, a prep kitchen, main kitchen and outdoor kitchen.

The 1.8-acre property encompasses three buildings – a main house, a security post and a gym. It also ironically includes his-and-hers bathroom suites, which may never get to be used by both. 

Bündchen was also recently spotted in the parking lot of her gym, along with her children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, on Tuesday with her luxurious diamond ring missing from her left hand as she locked the car door.

She styled a white sporty tank and gray bottoms while her golden locks sat below her shoulders. Bündchen’s two children appeared to carry towels as they locked up their car and headed inside.

Since rumors of the tensions between the pair first emerged, multiple reports claimed that Brady’s decision to U-turn on his retirement earlier this year was the trigger for their marital problems. 

He had initially quit his career, in part, to focus on his family – as he vowed to spend more time with them since Gisele ‘deserves what she needs from me as a husband, and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad.’ 

Many believed that Brady re-entering the NFL became a bone of contention for Bündchen. However, their rift is completely unrelated to the former Patriots’ star’s football career, DailyMail.com can confirm. 

Bündchen is her husband’s ‘number one cheerleader’ and said she would not care if he played until he was in his 50s. But the friction between the two has still resulted in them living apart from one another. 

They were last known to be renting Derek Jeter’s mansion on Tampa Bay’s exclusive Davis Island – which has an estimated cost of around $75,000 a month.

But last year the Yankees star sold the seven-bedroom, 30,000 sq ft house and it is not clear where the pair are currently living. Brady has been playing down in Florida while Bündchen has been spotted around New York City. 

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, a source confirmed their physical separation was not impacted by Brady’s move to rejoin his beloved sport. 

Brady and Bündchen married in 2009. In a September interview with Elle, she spoke about the sacrifices that she made for their marriage and her husband’s career.

The Brazilian model said: ‘I’ve done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]. I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams.’

During that interview, Bündchen spoke about the NFL saying: ‘This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again.’

Brady announced his retirement in February 2022 – but just a few weeks later in March he U-turned his decision.

Before Brady’s big game on Sunday, a video was posted by posted by the Buccaneers showed him hugging his three children – his son Jack, 15, who he shares with Blue Bloods star Bridget Moynahan, and his two kids with Gisele: Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner leaned over his daughter as she grinned ear-to-ear ahead of the game.

He then hugged Benjamin before Vivian whispered to the quarterback, prompting him to tenderly kiss her on the forehead. After appearing to walk away to begin the game, Brady doubles back to hug his eldest son.

The video was shared on the NFL and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Twitter pages. On the Bucs page, their post read: ‘All about family.’

It’s understood that the kids were brought to the game by Brady’s mother and his sisters.
