Experts have warned that Prince Harry is putting the lives of his children at risk with his controversial comments in his soon-to-be-released memoir Spare.
In the book, the Prince brags about killing 25 members of Taliban saying: “When I found myself plunged in the heat and confusion of combat I didn’t think of those 25 as people. They were chess pieces removed from the board."
Author of Bravo Two Zero and former SAS soldier Andy McNab, 63, said: “They have long memories (extremists) and they obviously have people in the US.

"Harry has made himself more of a target. The threats against him will have to be taken seriously everywhere now.”
McNab isn't the only expert to speak out as some have claimed that Harry's comments have ensured that he will now have to have similar levels of security to those such as Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Former Metropolitan Police chief inspector who oversaw the security at high-profile events, Chris Phillips said: “Harry’s comments have ensured his family will require 24/7 security for the rest of his life and beyond because he has also placed a target firmly on the back of his children. We know Islamic extremists can be patient.”
Forbes revealed in 2021 that Harry and Meghan's security bill could reach between $2-$3m as they require around-the-clock protection.
A top US security expert also warned of the danger the Prince and his family are now under in their five-acre mansion in Montecito, California saying: “There are highly motivated people who will bide their time to launch an attack.” and that they have a “lifetime of looking over their shoulders in fear”.
Prince Harry's new memoir Spare is set to hit shelves on Tuesday (January 10) in the UK.
